Patrick O’Meara is the Founder and CEO of Taylor Street, a full-service real estate firm that provides expert advisory services focused on advisory, finance, investments, and property management, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He is also the Founder of Patrick Ventures, his family office that is an owner, operator, and private equity investor in real estate, consumer products, finance, and prop tech. He is an owner and Managing Partner in JB Capital’s Real Estate Lending Income Fund for mezzanine and preferred equity opportunities and Advisor to Asterozoa Capital Management, an idiosyncratic hedge fund.

For 25 years, Patrick has owned, invested, financed, and advised on over $10 billion of commercial and residential real estate nationwide. He was also minority owner of the Ann Arbor Acquisition company that owned a short-line railroad, distribution centers, and warehouse facilities in Michigan and Ohio. In his previous career, he was a Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors as well as Marcus Millichap’s Capital Corp, where he financed and advised on over $1B of commercial real estate institutional and private client opportunities.

Prior, he was an executive in several entities within the Inland Group of Companies in Oak Brook, IL. In his 10-year career, he directly or facilitated the financing or investment of over $5 billion in commercial real estate for Inland’s REITs, 1031 DST, land, and opportunity funds. He was a part of Inland’s high leverage finance group, where he advised, financed, and managed over $520 million in value-add and new construction loan opportunities. For Inland Mortgage’s Advisory company, he received his Series 65 and was responsible for raising and investing capital into distressed notes and CMBS debt investments.

He began his career at Heller Financial in Chicago, IL, in the CMBS investment group, where, as part of a team, managed and invested over $3 billion of institutional and high-yield CMBS bonds.

Patrick went to the University of Arizona graduating with BSBA degrees in Accounting and Finance and studied abroad at City University, in London UK. He currently holds a Commercial Mortgage Broker license and Designated Broker real estate license in Arizona and a Managing Broker real estate license in Illinois. He is on the Executive Corporate Board of Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Foundation Board of the Scottsdale Rotary, as well as the corporate sponsor to North Scottsdale Sandsharks youth soccer program and Master Ballet Academy.
